We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our AI ML Products team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in IT. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the development of effective IT products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least six years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various management levels and staff.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT development processes.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze complex business requirements. Utilize various methods such as workshops, interviews, and surveys to define detailed business needs.
2. Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
3. Product Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data trend analysis and metrics evaluation to guide business decisions. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in business processes and systems. Adhere to best practices in workflow and data management.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations efficiently.
7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes. Develop comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
8. Writing Epics and User Stories: Craft detailed epics and user stories to effectively communicate requirements to the IT development team. Ensure these stories align with the overall project goals and business needs.
