Designation: Devops Engineer
Experience : 3+ years
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad(WFO)
Timings: 12PM to 9PM
Primary Skills:
· CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
· Cloud Infrastructure: Administer and enhance cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
· Container Orchestration: Set up and manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
· Infrastructure as Code: Utilize tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation for infrastructure management.
· Scripting and Automation: Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and shell scripting.
· Database Management: Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
· Bug Tracking and Issue Management: Utilize Bugzilla and Mantis for tracking and managing issues.
· Automated Testing: Implement automated testing using Selenium.
· Security Practices: Adhere to security best practices throughout the deployment process.
· Reverse Proxy Management: Implement and manage reverse proxy configurations to optimize performance and security.
· System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
· Independent Work: Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities independently without direct supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline the software development process.
2) Administer and enhance cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to guarantee high availability and scalability.
3) Work closely with development teams to ensure applications are built with scalability, security, and operability in focus.
4) Track system performance, resolve issues, and maintain system reliability and uptime.
5) Utilize infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation for implementation and management.
6) Set up and oversee container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
7) Implement and manage reverse proxy configurations to optimize application performance and security.
8) Create and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python, Bash, and shell scripting.
9) Utilize Bugzilla and Mantis for bug tracking and issue management.
10) Implement automated testing using Selenium to ensure high-quality software releases.
11) Adhere to security best practices throughout the deployment process.
12) Perform regular system backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
13) Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
14) Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
15) Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
16) Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
17) Manage and optimize databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
18) Work independently, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
19) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
